Our Collective
The South Bay End-of-Life (SB EOL) collective was founded by a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of those facing end-of-life challenges.
Our mission is to provide compassionate support and guidance to those navigating this difficult journey. Our collective is composed of trained death doulas, hospice nurses, social workers, spiritual guides, chaplains, burial and ritual specialists, grief counselors - all working together to bring comfort, dignity, and presence to every stage of the journey. We offer a range of services aimed at facilitating end-of-life planning, care and respite, education, grief support and resources.
Our approach combines empathy, expertise, and a deep commitment to serving our community with integrity. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can access valuable resources to navigate the complexities of grief and loss and find solace
We tend. We listen. We hold space.

What We Do
As end-of-life workers, we provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support during the final stages of life.
We walk beside families, friends, hospice staff, and caregivers — helping bring comfort, meaning, and peace.
We Help You to …
-
Prepare for end-of-life transitions with tenderness and clarity
-
Sit in vigil and provide a steady, loving presence
-
Create calm through music, guided breathing, and ritual
-
Facilitate conversations and remembrance
-
Support after-death care and memory-making
Our goal is to help you find stillness, connection, and dignity — even in the hardest moments.
