As a death doula and aging care case manager, she offers holistic guidance through medical decisions, care coordination, and end-of-life planning for aging and cognitively impaired clients.

Ore Ganin-Pinto is an ordained Interfaith Chaplain and Ritualist that opened up Bones and Breath Chaplaincy to provide End-of-Life Doula services, Spiritual Counseling, and Life Cycle Ceremonies for individuals, families and anyone facing any life transition. They have served as an interfaith palliative and hospice Chaplain for almost a decade.

Traci supports patients and their family through end-of-life planning, active dying, and grief. This includes advance directives, bedside presence, life review, legacy projects, and Celebration of Life planning. Her focus is practical support and clear communication so your care and decisions reflect what matters most to you.

Trina is an expert in educating clients about, and walking them through, the wide range of end of life options available to mitigate unnecessary suffering. This includes Medical Aid in Dying (MAID), Voluntarily Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED) and several other lesser known options.

Diane is a trained end-of-life doula and coach, as well as a Volunteer with Hospice of Santa Cruz County and Threshold Choir. Her workshops help demystify the space of end-of-life for better awareness, planning and making the most of life. She brings to this space 25 years of experience from her Design and User-experience career, as well as guidance from being a university professor.

Ka Yun Cheng is a death doula and end of life planner passionate about empowering clients to make informed decisions around their end of lfe plans. Her operations background best help clients who need logistical and research help accompanied by kindness.

Chelsea Mowery provides compassionate, personalized end-of-life support, including specialized dementia care. Grounded in informed choice and respect for individual values, her work eases emotional and practical burdens while honoring dignity, connection, and meaningful legacy.

Mary is a broad spectrum care specialist with almost 4 decades of experience working with elders & their family members through all life transitions. Her end-of-life guidance includes navigating complex family dynamics, hospice collaboration, grief coaching and guiding loved ones toward their new normal after loss. She is also an EOL educator in CCRC retirement communities, promoting quality of life & resident knowledge, especially about late-life/end of life care & options.

Sarah works with her clients to co-create a safe and deeply human place from which to explore, process, grieve, open, connect, and unfold through one's dying time. She believes in creating everyday-sacred-places that can heal, generate, and open to love, even in the midst of profound loss.
